Cooperation with Ministries and Official Bodies
- On Wednesday, March 11, 2020, SSCHR's Technical Secretariat (TS) held a meeting with the main and reserve Focal Points of all Ministries and concerned national authorities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in Cairo. The meeting aimed to introduce the role, tasks and functions of the committee, the international Human Rights framework, and Egypt's obligations arising from International and Regional agreements. The SSCHR's TS is keen to enhance effective communication with the focal points of Egyptian Ministries and Official Authorities in the coming period.
